Love is in the air

As Paul Young used to say " Love is in the Air" , yes it's the LOVE month and much more...2009 is also the year of the OX or year 4707 according to the Chinese Calendar and we are celebrating this in style!! With a host of colourful and exciting shows lined up this is surly the show not to be missed.

Before we get in to too much details we have a great news the winner of our GOING GREEN CAMPAIGN is Dee Clever from Blairgowrie she is the lucky winner of R100 000! Not forgetting the tenant's competition and here we have to congratulate all tenants that took part in the competition and the luck of the draw went to Spur!

Keeping it green we are extremely excited to announce our BRAND NEW 250 000 L water tanks, these water tanks will capture all rain water from our roofs and from back-washing the river system.

Valentines Day. Come and be crooned by some smouldering music and good food. Join the romantic duo's Vienna String, Velvet Motion and Jonathan Crossley as they create the atmosphere in and around the restaurants on the evening.

PS: this doesn't mean that we are stopping here!!!! The Recycling program will continue so we would like to encourage all of you to keep up the good work and lets make Randburg, Joburg, South Africa and the rest of the planet a cleaner and better place to stay!!
