2 Wheels 4 Justice

Bikers throughout Gauteng are invited participate in the 2 Wheels 4 Justice bike run on Sunday 6th April. The event aims to raise funds for two charity organisations - STAND (Standing Together Against Needless Death), an organisation that strives to support victims and survivors of violent crimes; and "The Workshop" - a home for destitute biker families. A percentage of proceeds raised will also be donated to the President's Council Benevolence Fund.

Bikers can meet at various venues around Gauteng for departure to The Brightwater Commons. These will be The Wanderers Club in Illovo, Hillfox Power Centre in Roodepoort, The Glen Shopping Centre in Glenvista, Centurion Lifestyle Centre in Pretoria, and East Rand Mall in Boksburg. Registration into the run will take place from 7am to 9am. The cost is R50 per person and each biker that registers will receive a badge. The biker procession will depart from each venue at 9:15am sharp.

Awaiting bikers at The Brightwater Commons will be an array of eateries as well as an exhibition of the latest bikes, equipment and accessories by major manufacturers. Adding to the ambiance will be performances by up-n'-coming SA bands NKD, White Rabbit, Voodoo Child and Black Bird, from 11am to 2pm.

2 Wheels 4 Justice will be sponsored by Bikesa, Linex Yamaha, Finset, Masterpak and Ubuntu Security. The event was held for the first time last year and proved to be a tremendous success with participation from approximately 8000 bikers and their friends.
