Competition is conducted & organised by Wimpy, The Brightwater Commons & NOT open to their employees & immediate family members. By entering this competition all participants & the winner agree to abide by these rules, which will be interpreted by the organisers. Their decision will be binding. Entries close on Thursday 14th December 2006. The winner must provide a valid TV licence & identity document. The winner will be notifies by telephone. The proize may not be redeemed for cash. The judge's decision is final. No correspondance will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers (Wimpy, The Brightwater Commons) reserve the right to terminate the competition without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition & aknowledge that they have no recourse against the organisers. The participants & winner indemnify the organisers against all claims arising how so ever (including willful misconduct or negligent act or omission) from their participation in this competition. The winners agrees to be photographed and/or have his/her name displayed at the store & on The Brightwater Commons website
