It's Snowtime

Thrill seekers who've experienced the heart-pumping sensation of bum-boarding down a snow packed ramp at top speed will now have the chance to experience an even greater adrenaline rush with snow disking - it's smoother and even faster! But the best part of it all is that one will get to try it out on a ramp, set to be Gauteng's longest - so just imagine the pure thrill as you whoosh along; no breaks, only speed, wind and the excited screams of those around you.

This unique opportunity awaits people of all ages at Snowtime, to take place at The Brightwater Commons from Friday 30th June to Sunday 2nd July. As adventure lovers skid to a halt a the bottom of the ramp, they can experience the pure delight of playing in snow - see, touch, feel, squash; walk on, jump on, roll in and play in tons and tons of genuine cold, crisp, crunchy snow - a rare occurrence for Johannesburg residents.

Snowtime will open from 10am to 7pm daily. Whilst children, teens and adults enjoy the invigorating sensation of snow discing, build snowmen and have 'snow fights' little ones accompanied by their moms and dads can discover the magic of snow in the 'snow-pen', an area for just having fun with snow. There'll also be various giant inflatables on which children can play, live entertainment with the YO-TV wild, wild Roadshow, give-aways and loads of wild prizes to be won.

So that families and friends can remember their snow adventure, they can have their photographs taken either whilst whooshing down the snow slope or at one of the snow montages in the centre.

The entry fee into the snow arena, which will be situated on the commons, is R40. Visitors will receive a bucket of snow and can enjoy two rides down the ramp; they will then have the option of either whizzing down the ramp for a third time, or collecting a second bucket of snow for building snowmen or other snow play activities. Tickets can be purchased at the event.

This exclusive opportunity to experience real snow in all its splendour and slide down Gauteng's longest snow covered ramp is not to be missed.
